Content Standards

Editorial Policy

American Built Cabinets publishes practical information for homeowners, builders, designers, and commercial project teams evaluating custom cabinetry.

Who publishes the content

Articles are published by American Built Cabinets. Company-specific statements are reviewed against current information from the San Jose team, including manufacturing capabilities, service process, warranty terms, and project records.

How content is prepared

Topics are selected from customer questions, project requirements, material decisions, and search demand. Drafting and image workflows may use automation or AI assistance. A person reviews the finished page before publication. AI-generated blog imagery is illustrative and is not presented as photography of a completed customer project.

Sources and first-hand evidence

When an article makes a claim that depends on an outside standard, manufacturer specification, or third-party research, the page should link to the source. Portfolio and event pages use company project records and approved photographs. Estimates, costs, and lead times are explained as ranges or typical experience and are not a binding quote.

Updates and corrections

Publication and update dates are changed only after a meaningful revision. If a factual error is reported, the team reviews the source, corrects the page, and records a new update date when the main content changed.
